Jim Clark Named Service Center Director
Winston-Salem, NC……… Amarr Garage Doors recently hired Jim Clark as the new Amarr Service Center Director. Clark will manage all aspects of their service center, including customer service, order intake, and large account support.
“We are excited to have Jim join our management team,” said Matt Hukill, Vice President of Retail Operations at Amarr. “The Amarr Service Center has become an integral part of our organization and Jim brings an important blend of practical and managerial experience that will help us increase the quality of service we provide.”
Clark has over 15 years of customer service management experience. At his most recent employer, a federal contractor, he was the program manager of a large, diverse, multi-state informational call center for the Department of Homeland Security. Before that, he worked in a variety of managerial positions at Sprint/Nextel Communications.
Clark earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Wichita State University, and a M.B.A. from Baker University. Clark, his wife Lisa, and their three children live in Overland Park, KS.
The Amarr Service Center (ASC) has grown rapidly since operations began nearly two years ago. The ASC now has 100 employees taking orders from Amarr’s many retail partners like Lowes, Costco, and Sears.
