Manager Trainee - Door Center Leadership Program Overview

Being accepted into our Door Center Leadership Development is a stepping stone into a rewarding career with a World Leader in the building products industry. You will experience, first hand, what it takes to successfully run a multi-million dollar facility. This program is six to twelve months in duration. Upon successful completion of the structured training program, you will have the opportunity to relocate for promotion into a Service Management or General Management role. Our relocation policy is extremely comprehensive, providing a smooth transition for you and your family. Field Management with Amarr is not right for everyone. A successful Manager in our organization is business savvy, yet enjoys working with their hands. Our General Managers and Service Managers frequently participate in day to day warehouse operations – loading customers, unloading of trucks, physical inventory. Amarr Managers do what it takes to get the job done!!!

Manager Trainee - Door Center Leadership Program Requirements

  • Documented Leadership Experience
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Problem Solve
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry it for up to 300 feet with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to relocate out-of-state within 6-12 months
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen, and have a valid Driver’s License
