Being accepted into the Door Center Leadership Program is a stepping-stone to a rewarding career with a leading manufacturer in the residential garage door and commercial door industry. The six to twelve month program teaches you how to successfully run a multi-million dollar facility. Upon successful completion of the training program, relocation opportunities for promotion into a Service Management or General Management role are available to you. The relocation policy is comprehensive and provides a smooth transition for you and your family.

Requirements

  • Documented leadership experience    
  • Organizational & time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Pass a criminal background check, drug screen and have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to relocate out-of-state within 6-12 months of program completion
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
  • Computer literate
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. & carry a maximum distance of 300 feet (with or without reasonable assistance)
